What do you offer card shops?
Documented breaks that give your singles a record buyers can watch, a grading submission hub with custody from counter to slab, and staff training on a written condition standard. Every fee is flat or hourly and quoted in writing.

What is staff condition-grading certification?
One working day of instruction and an exam that certifies a staff member can apply the practice’s written condition standard. It is not recognised by grading companies and does not claim to be.
What's the difference between a seat and a site licence?
A seat licence covers one person. A site licence covers every staff member at one shop, including new hires within the licence year, and is the better value from three seats up.
How does recertification work?
Certified staff take a short recertification each year. It keeps everyone applying the written condition standard the same way.
What is the fake-detection course?
A course for shop staff that teaches the checks behind an authentication opinion: print, rosette, card stock, weight and light, using the practice’s own reference material.
What is the grade-prediction course?
A course for collectors on measuring centering and assessing surfaces, corners and edges under magnification, the same way a pre-grade assessment does.
What is the Pokemon business course?
An eight-week, self-paced online course on running a card business, sold and delivered through Teachable. Enrolment is on the course page.
Are the courses live or self-paced?
Every course is asynchronous and self-paced: you start when you enrol and finish at your own speed. There are no live cohorts, but a consultation with me can be added to any course.
What's coming next?
Two products are in development: an appraisal and authentication course for shop staff, and a local-AI grading and value toolkit that runs on a shop’s own hardware. Neither has a price or a date yet.
Do you name the shops you work with?
No. I do not name client shops on this site. A shop is free to tell its own customers that it uses documented breaks, and the pack-fresh certificate carries the record.
