Grading submission hub

The hub takes the packaging, insurance and paperwork off your hands and adds a record: every card is photographed and its condition noted before it ships, and photographed again against that record when it comes back. You choose the grading company; you prepay its fees. We never hold your money.

Flat fee per item, quoted in advance

Who it is for

Built for the people who need the answer in writing

  • Collectors who want cards submitted properly without learning each company’s process
  • Shops that want a documented chain of custody from counter to slab

Custody

Logged custody from intake to return, locked storage, insured shipping, and no commingling with anything the practice or its owner owns.

How it works

From first message to signed report

  1. Step 1: Pre-grade

Each card is examined and photographed, and an opinion of the likely range recorded.

  2. Step 2: Package and insure

Cards are packed to the grading company’s requirements and shipped insured under the custody log.

  3. Step 3: Submit, fees prepaid

You prepay the grading fee; we never hold funds. You choose the company.

  4. Step 4: Return check and report

Slabs are photographed against the outbound record and the grades logged against the pre-grade opinion.

Questions

Do you hold my money?

No. Grading fees are prepaid by you, either directly to the company or as a pass-through invoice paid before shipping. There is no escrow.

What if a card comes back damaged?

The outbound photographs and condition notes are your evidence. We prepare the comparison and you make the claim.

Can I choose the grading company?

Yes. We work within each company’s submission terms. Bulk pricing is offered only when a dealer program is active — ask.
