These terms cover the use of this website. Engagements with the practice are governed by the engagement terms and the letter you sign.
1. The content
The articles, guides and videos on this site are general information written from experience in the card trade. They are not an appraisal, an authentication opinion or a grade for any particular card, and nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell cards. The practice does not buy, sell, broker or consign cards.
2. Using the site
You may read, link to and share pages. You may not copy the articles, guides or illustrations for republication, scrape the site, or present its content as your own. Trademarks and product names mentioned in articles belong to their owners and are used only to describe them.
3. Accuracy
We keep the library as a record of work done while the business traded cards. Some articles describe practices from the years when the business sold cards; they are kept for reference and marked where that matters. Market figures in older articles are historical. Use your own judgement and, for anything that matters, a written engagement.
4. Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, YouTube, Teachable and other sites lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
5. Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, BREAKCHECKBARRAGAN LLC is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Written engagements carry their own terms.
6. Governing law
Arizona law governs these terms.
