Four documents govern how the practice works. Where an engagement letter and this website differ, the engagement letter governs.
The engagement terms set out how fees are quoted, what an opinion is and is not, and how independence is kept. The retention and consent policy explains what is recorded at a break or an inspection, who agrees to it, how long records are kept and how to ask for them to be deleted. The privacy policy covers what this website collects, which is very little, and the terms of use cover the site itself. Plain-language answers to the most common questions are in Sleeve Notes.
