What's the difference between a seat and a site licence?
In short: A seat licence covers one person. A site licence covers every staff member at one shop, including new hires within the licence year, and is the better value from three seats up.
Pick a seat licence if one or two people handle condition at your counter. Pick a site licence if your team is larger or turns over, since new hires during the licence year are covered without another purchase.
Both are flat fees quoted in writing. Tell me how many staff will attend and their current experience level in your first message, and the quote will say which licence fits. The pricing page lists training under section E.
A site licence is usually the better value from three seats up. Either way, what is taught is the same: a day of instruction on the practice's written condition standard and an exam, in person at your shop across the Yuma area by appointment, or online. Each licence then has a short recertification every year.
