What is staff condition-grading certification?
In short: One working day of instruction and an exam that certifies a staff member can apply the practice’s written condition standard. It is not recognised by grading companies and does not claim to be.
Certification is taught in person at your shop, across the Yuma area by appointment, or online. The exam and the certificate are the same either way.
What it certifies is consistency: that a staff member describes condition to a documented standard, the same way I record it on a condition sheet. That is what your customers and you can rely on.
