What do you offer card shops?
In short: Documented breaks that give your singles a record buyers can watch, a grading submission hub with custody from counter to slab, and staff training on a written condition standard. Every fee is flat or hourly and quoted in writing.
Card shops come to me for three things: proof behind what they open, a clean route to grading, and a team that describes condition the same way every time. I never buy, sell or consign cards, so I am not a competitor. I am the independent party in the room.
Documented breaks
A documented break is your sealed product opened on continuous, timestamped video by someone with no stake in the cards. Every hit is sleeved the moment it is pulled and its condition is recorded as observed. You receive a video link per box, a hit log, per-card condition sheets and pack-fresh certificates you can sell with the card. Recordings are kept under the retention and consent policy.
Breaks happen at your premises or an agreed venue in the Yuma area, and they are priced flat per box or per case. Why would a shop document a box opening? explains what the record does for your sales.
The grading submission hub
The submission hub pre-checks, packages, insures and ships cards to the grading company you choose, then photographs the slabs against the outbound record when they come back. For a shop, that means a documented chain of custody from your counter to the slab. Grading fees are prepaid by you; I never hold your money. See what is the grading submission hub?.
Staff training
Condition-grading certification teaches your staff to apply the practice's written condition standard, with an exam at the end. There is also a fake-detection course for staff and a self-paced shop-owner bootcamp on setting a condition standard, a documentation habit and a pricing discipline across your team. Seat and site licences are explained in seat vs site licence.
How it is priced
Everything is flat or hourly and quoted in writing before work begins, never a percentage of the value of the cards. The pricing page shows the basis for breaks (section D), the hub (section C) and training (section E).
How to start
