For card shops and retailers
Sell singles with a record behind them, and grade condition the same way every day.
Sealed product opened on camera by an independent third party, every card sleeved and recorded as it is pulled, and your staff certified on one written standard. The practice competes with no shop and holds no inventory.
Why an independent practice
Three things that do not change
Proof from pack to slab
A recording made by someone with no interest in the cards is proof a buyer can check. A recording made by the seller is a claim.
One standard, every counter
Certified staff grade condition the same way on every card, which means fewer disputes at the counter and fewer returns after the sale.
Grading without the admin
Pre-checked, packed, insured and shipped to the grader you choose, then reconciled on return. You prepay the grading fee; we never hold funds.

How it works
How a documented break works
Step 1: Engagement
You tell us the product, the count and the dates. We reply with a written scope, a quote and an engagement letter. Nothing is opened before that is signed.
Step 2: Intake and verification
Each box or case is logged into custody, weighed against reference, and its seal and shrink pattern photographed. Anything that does not look factory-sealed is flagged before it is opened.
Step 3: Controlled opening
The product is opened on continuous, timestamped video with the seal and the packs in frame. The recording is never paused or cut.
Retention and consent policyStep 4: Condition documentation
Every hit is sleeved the moment it is pulled and its condition recorded as observed at that time: centering, surface, corners and edges, with photographs.
Step 5: Protection and storage
Documented cards go into new sleeves and holders, then into locked storage under the custody log until they are returned or shipped.
Step 6: Pre-grade and submission
We give a grade opinion and submit through the hub with the grading fee prepaid by you. Optional.
The grading submission hubStep 7: Return reconciliation
When slabs come back they are photographed and the grades logged against the pre-grade opinion. Any damage or dispute is compared with the Step 4 record.
Step 8: Delivery
You receive the video link, the hit log, the condition sheets and the pack-fresh certificates. Records are kept under the retention and consent policy.

The documented break
Proof, not promises
Eight stages and one chain of custody. Every card is accounted for from the moment the box is logged in to the moment it is handed back, and the record follows the hits into grading.
- Seal and shrink pattern photographed and weighed against reference before opening
- The recording is never paused or cut
- Every hit sleeved the moment it is pulled, condition recorded as observed
- Locked storage under the custody log until return or shipping
- Slabs photographed against the outbound record when they come back
Before you message
Does a documented break guarantee the cards will grade well?
No. It records the condition each card was in when it was pulled, as observed, with photographs. Grades are opinions of range, never promises.
Who owns the cards during a break?
You do, throughout. The practice takes custody for the recording and storage only, under a custody log, and never buys, sells or consigns.
Do you train at my shop?
Yes, across the Yuma area by appointment, or online. The exam and the certificate are the same either way.
Locally operated in Yuma, AZ 85364 — in person by appointment; remote anywhere in the US.
