Do you name the shops you work with?
In short: No. I do not name client shops on this site. A shop is free to tell its own customers that it uses documented breaks, and the pack-fresh certificate carries the record.
Who a shop works with is the shop's business. Naming clients would also turn an independent practice into an advertisement for someone, which is the opposite of the point.
The proof travels with the cards instead. Each pack-fresh certificate links to the recording of the break and the condition sheet, so a buyer can check the record without needing to know anything else. Recordings are published only with the client's written consent, under the retention and consent policy.
A shop is free to tell its own customers that it uses documented breaks, and it may well want to, because the record is what supports the single. That choice is the shop's to make, not mine.
