In short: Yes. Break Check Barragan is Army Veteran-owned: I served as a U.S. Army 68W airborne medic paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 173rd Airborne Brigade from 2013 to 2017. SDVOSB certification is pending.
I own and run BREAKCHECKBARRAGAN LLC, and I am the one who does the work.
On certification: SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business) certification is pending; it has not been granted yet. I will not describe the business as certified until it is.

In practice, condition is written down as observed, custody is logged from intake to return, and every record is kept for seven years, the same standard I held medical records to; see how long records are kept.
