What does "Proof, not promises" mean?
In short: It means I give you a record you can check, not a promise you have to believe. Sealed product is opened on camera, every card is sleeved and recorded as it is pulled, and the record lets you prove it later.
The line has three steps behind it. Open on camera: sealed product is opened on continuous, timestamped video. Sleeved and recorded: every card is sleeved as it is pulled and its condition recorded immediately, as observed. Prove it later: you hold a record for future buyers and grading companies.
The promises I do not make matter as much. I do not promise grades, guarantee authenticity or predict prices. Recordings are kept under the retention and consent policy.
