Where are my records stored?
In short: On the practice's own equipment, encrypted, with a hashed index and an off-site copy. Nothing is stored on a retailer's systems.
I do not run a public server. Video, photographs, condition sheets and custody logs live on equipment I control, encrypted, with an index that lets me show a file has not been altered, and a second copy kept off-site in case the first is lost.

Nothing is stored on a retailer's systems, and nothing sits on a shared public drive. The index is also what lets me find a record quickly when you, a buyer or an insurer needs it, years after the job.
The same care applies to what you send me. Photographs and video links from a first message are kept for as long as the conversation and any engagement last, then handled under the retention policy. Records are held for seven years, the same standard medical records are held to. After that they are deleted on a schedule, unless an open claim or dispute still depends on them.
