Will you post my cards or my video online?
In short: Only with your written consent. No recording or photograph is published, sold, licensed or used in marketing without it.
The videos on my channel are ones the client agreed to in writing. Engaging me consents to being recorded; it does not consent to being published.
Even with consent, I never publish in a way that shows another person's property, identity or premises without their consent too. And a card's image is never used as design material on the site or anywhere else. The full rules are in the retention and consent policy.
In practice these are two separate questions. The engagement letter covers recording, which every documented break and inspection needs. Publication is a separate yes, in writing, for a specific recording. Saying no to publication changes nothing about the service or the record you receive.
You can also ask for earlier deletion of your own records, unless a dispute or claim they support is still open, and a certificate link stops working once the recording behind it is deleted. See who can see my records? and can I ask you to delete my records?
