In short: On request. Expert witness and litigation support are hourly and quoted in advance, with the same independence and disclosure statements every engagement carries.
My written reports are prepared so they can stand on their own, which is often enough. When a matter needs more, testimony and litigation support are available and quoted before any work.
The fee is never contingent on the outcome. Records behind a report, including photographs and video, are kept under the retention and consent policy and are not deleted while a dispute they support is open.
