Where do breaks happen?
In short: At your premises or an agreed venue in the Yuma area, by appointment. The practice has no storefront.
A shop can use its own premises, where staff and customers can watch, or we agree a venue in the Yuma area in the scope.
A collector who brings their own box gets the same record as a shop break, at a venue we agree on. Travel beyond the Yuma area is quoted in the written scope; see do you charge for travel?.
There is no storefront of my own, so a break always happens somewhere we have both agreed to in writing before anything is opened. The service area is Yuma, the Foothills, Somerton, San Luis and Wellton.
Wherever it happens, the setup is the same. Each box is logged into custody, weighed against reference, and its seal and shrink pattern photographed before it is opened. Anything that does not look factory-sealed is flagged at that point, not after. Then the opening runs on continuous, timestamped video with the seal and the packs in frame. Anyone present is told before recording starts and may stand out of frame, and the retention and consent policy covers how long the recording is kept.
