Can my customers watch the recording?
In short: Yes. Each pack-fresh certificate links to the recording, so anyone who buys a documented card can watch it come out of the pack.
The link on the certificate points to an unlisted copy of the recording. It is not public on a channel; a buyer reaches it through the certificate the shop gives them.
The recording shows product and hands, not faces, wherever that is possible, and anyone present can stand out of frame. It is published more widely only with the client's written consent. The details are in the retention and consent policy.
For a shop, this is the point of the whole exercise. A buyer looking at a single can follow the certificate link, watch the moment that card came out of a sealed pack, and read the condition sheet made as it was sleeved. That is a record the buyer can check for themselves instead of a claim they have to take on trust.
The link keeps working for as long as the recording is kept, which is seven years from the date of the break. If the client asks for earlier deletion, or the retention period ends, the recording is deleted and the link stops working. See how certificate links work.
