How is insurance documentation priced?
In short: As one flat fee for the whole collection, quoted in writing before work begins. The annual update is quoted separately if you want it.
The fee is set by the size and makeup of the collection, not by its value. A collection worth a lot costs the same to document as a similar-sized collection worth less.
The quote states the fee, the timeline and what the schedule will cover. Like every fee I charge, it is never a percentage of value. See how I set fees.
