Should I mail you my cards?
In short: Not as a first step. Start with a message or an email; I reply with a written scope, and if your cards need to travel for a physical inspection, the scope says how.
Every engagement enters the pipeline through the conversation. Send a message or an email with what you have and what it is for, and share photographs and video as links, not files.
Often the photographs are enough for a remote opinion. If a card does need to be in my hands, the written scope says so and explains how it travels, and nothing moves until the engagement letter is signed. Please never ship cards unannounced: property I am not expecting has no place in the custody log.
