What if you can't tell whether a card is real?
In short: I say so. "Inconclusive" is a legitimate finding, and the sheet explains which check could not be completed and why.
An inconclusive result usually has a specific cause: the photographs do not show enough detail, the card is in a slab that blocks a test, or there is no reliable reference for a rare variant.
The sheet names the cause, so you know what would settle it. Often that is an in-person inspection or better images. A false "genuine" would do you more harm than an honest "I cannot tell yet".
