For collectors and owners
Know what you have before you insure it, sell it or grade it.
A written opinion on what a card is and what it is worth, from a practice that never buys or sells cards. Flat fees, quoted in writing, in Yuma or from your photographs anywhere in the US.
Why an independent practice
Three things that do not change
No stake in your cards
The practice holds no inventory and never buys, sells, brokers or consigns. The opinion is about the card, not about a sale.
The method is shown
Every authentication opinion names the checks made, with photographs, so you can see why the answer is what it is.
The fee never moves with the answer
Flat per report or per card, quoted before work begins and never a percentage of value.

How it works
How an appraisal engagement works
Step 1: Message or email
Tell us what you have and what it is for. Photographs, a count and the intended use are enough to start.
Step 2: Written scope and quote
We reply by email with what the engagement covers, the fee basis and the timeline. Fees are flat or hourly, never a percentage of value.
Step 3: Inspection
In person across the Yuma area, or remote from your photographs and video with that limitation stated in the report.
Step 4: Report and delivery
A signed written report with the method, the photographs and the certification with disclosures, delivered by email as a PDF and kept under the retention policy.
What a written report contains
Paper you can rely on
A report is only useful if someone else can act on it. Every written opinion from the practice is built so a buyer, an insurer or a grading company can read it without asking you a single question.
- Identification and a photograph of every item
- Condition as observed, with the checks named
- The definition of value and the reasoning behind the number
- Method, limitations and the independence disclosure
- Signed by the appraiser who did the work
Before you message
Can you tell me what it is worth in a message?
No. A message starts a conversation; a value, authenticity or grade opinion comes only in a written report after an engagement letter.
Is an authentication opinion a certificate of authenticity?
No. It is a professional opinion with the method shown and photographs. It is not a guarantee and it is not a certificate.
Do you buy cards, or make offers?
No. The practice never buys, sells, brokers or consigns cards, and does not make offers.
Locally operated in Yuma, AZ 85364 — in person by appointment; remote anywhere in the US.
